Simeon Anderson has over 20 years experience in Commercial property and is a member of the General Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He studied Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, has gained experience in every sector of the UK Property Market and has a strong network of industry professionals.
Since 2008, Simeon has also been focused on his activities in Colombia, where he has built an ambitious team to capitalise on the steadily increasing appetite from funds seeking an allocation to this exciting emerging market.
Prior to this, Simeon has acted as a Principal at Brockton Capital, a UK focused opportunity fund, Yoo, a design orientated international residential developer and Priority Sites, an industrial development company owned by The Royal Bank of Scotland and English Partnerships. Before this, Simeon spent 3 years at Jones Lang LaSalle’s City Investment Department managing the Sale and Acquisition of substantial prime central London offices.
Simeon is 39 years old and lives between London and Wales with his wife Sophie and his daughters Lily (aged 9) and Sorrel (aged 3). His interests include sustainable architecture, fishing, enduro, rock climbing and walking.
