Clifton Securities invests in commercial property within the UK and Colombia. It aims to creatively source and rigorously asset manage investments to maximise returns. In 2008, Clifton set up an office in Colombia to capitalise on prime real estate investment opportunities and it is currently developing a 125 hectare Free Trade Zone in Cartagena (View footage). Clifton is seeking assets across all sectors in the UK and Colombia, including offices, retail, industrial/distribution, hotels and residential. It will also consider land on an opportunistic basis.
